Jurisdiction in 1789 and same today.

Letter from the publisher ~ the Preamble interpreted……Let us be perfectly clear, as to what the “founding fathers” really meant when they penned those famous words: “We the People:” (All you old timers, and especially the young American school children of today, must understand. *) They, being newly freed and independent sovereigns, after seven years of brutal war, blood, and lost property, had just thrown off the most tyrannical, military, pro-tax, national/international government in the world! THEY WERE FINALLY FREE!……and no more taxes ever!

They did not want nor create a “national government.” They created the “central government,” or a contract between the Union of 13 States. The Constitution they created in Pennsylvania, was the defacto “rules” for all the 13 States to agree to and abide with.

This central government was to be 100% controlled by the States, and they even gave the central government it’s own name and realty! The name of that so-called federal gov. was (the) United States of America (assembled) and it had exclusive jurisdiction only in the 10 x 10 square miles of Columbia. In other words, the district of Columbia is the only federal city in the USA.

Question for the reader is this: “What is the formal/legal name of that federal gov., which Washington, Adams, & Jefferson always referred to as “the central” gov….never the National government. In fact, virtually all Presidents and members of Congress, never referred to the “feds” as a national government, until after the Civil War! …..legal name, for all FEDERAL wars, treaties, taxes & prosecutions is this: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, period! It is NOT the name of our country, however, it is emblazoned on the face of all our passports.

All 39 signers of the Constitution, many were lawyers, struggled with the exact language, the exact words for this agreement for the Union of states. They created a Christian Republic and a constitution for (not of) “the central government”

Dear reader; please re-read your copy of the Constitution for the fed. gov. It is absolute Law, and it declares that this constitution is FOR (the) UNITED STATES, not OF the united states. Therefore, our country is properly named “America.”….. a Christian Republic and geographical Union of 50 States, or states united to form a more perfect union. (the) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the federal gov. whereby a foreign and distinct jurisdiction to the Union of States, but legally controlled by the Senate in Columbia. Us Americans, do not have a national government; each State is an independent Republic, with it’s own flag and state militia. However, we do have a defacto national post office, currency and language!
